After her son, Darien Smith, was injured, Linda McCoy gave up a career as a cosmetologist to be his full-time caregiver. Darien continues to strive toward fulfilling his life's purpose despite the setbacks he has experienced. Mother, son and Darien's brother, CJ, live together in Fayetteville, Georgia.
